Q. Will I have to be on a contract?
A.
Your NetSpeed Telephony contract has no early termination fees at all (not like some others who lock you in for two years and fine you if you want to change) You can begin or end using NetSpeed for your long distance and mobile phone calls at any time you please.
Q. Will my existing message bank still work?
A.
Yes, your existing message bank will still work when you use NetSpeed for your long distance and mobile calls.
Q. Do I have to be an existing NetSpeed customer?
A.
No, you don't have to be an existing NetSpeed customer, however you will need to contact us to provide us with contact and billing details so that you can use the service.
Q. What are your rates like?
A.
We think they're great! Our full rate card is available here - Plus, if you spend $10.00 or more a month on your iCall calls you will also get an additional $5.00 off your months NetSpeed Internet bill. We think that's great value indeed.
Q. How will I be billed?
A.
Your telephone charges will be added to your normal Internet access account. Your itemised statement can be viewed anytime via your secure Customer Toolbox.
