Rainforests
Rainforests are also known as jungles. They need plenty of rain, good soil and protection from the sun and wind. Tropical Rainforests are in North Queensland and are very dense with many unusual animals and plants. Subtropical Rainforests do not have as many types of plants and are further south. Temperate Rainforests grow in cooler and less wetter conditions. |
