Desert Rabbits
by Kirsty

The rabbit is covered in fur.  It eats carrots, lettuce and any grass.  Rabbits are feral animals.  They didn't come from Australia.  Foxes eat rabbits.

The babies are born blind and pink.  The mother looks after the babies when the babies are young.  They make a family.  They live underground in burrows.  The mother feeds them milk day and night so they can grow big.

The father rabbit goes to find food for his family.  The mother can't go to find food because she has to look after her little babies before any danger comes and eats them all up.  The father rabbit comes with lots of food for the family.  Look at my diorama and picture to get a better idea.
