The Pelican is a bird with black and white feathers, a big bill and webbed feet which you can see in my picture. A Pelican has a wing span of ten feet long. Sharks, foxes and dingoes like to eat Pelicans.
It eats fish, and the baby eats fish out of the mother's bill. The Pelican lays 2 or 3 eggs in tall trees. The babies leave the nest at 2 weeks old. The mother helps all the other mothers look after all the babies. Pelicans are very sociable.
Pelicans live in coastal and desert watered areas. Look at them all in my diorama.
