The Leyland Brothers

The Leyland brothers travel all over the Australian Deserts.  We found out where they are now from the white pages on the internet.  We spoke to Mike Leyland on the phone from school.

He said that by making movies and taking photos of the Australain outback, more and more people could find out how good it is to visit.  Mike is now making more productions about Australia.  We saw the Leyland Family recently on TV in Sydney.  We learned about emeralds, cooking in a camp oven and making didgeridoos.

We asked him if he'd visit our school one day and send us a photo of us with an animal in his hand.  He said he might pop in on his way to the outback this year some time.

We were Mike and Mal in our class  play at assembly.

We wrote him a letter.
