The Water Holding Frog lives in a burrow down under the ground. It seals itself in a waterproof cocoon made up of layers of shed skin. The frog has a distinctive flat head and small eyes. The colour of the skin ranges from dull grey to dark brown or green.
Aborigines used to drink the water out of the frog. It has lots of water. The frog is an amphibian. Males can grow up to 50mm - 72mm. They eat small mice and other frogs. It has babies in the water. The male and female look after the babies. Look at my diorama!
