Testament Dative of umq[uhi]ll [the late] John Ryburn.

The Testament Dative and Inventar [Inventory] of the Goods and Gear pertaining to the decease[d] John Ryburn in Vigill [Uigle] within the Paroashin [Parish] of Kilcheran [Kilkerran] and Commissariot of Argyll the tyme [time] of his decease who died in the moneth [month] of December last by age faithfully made and given up to Matthew Ryburn in Kileonnan [Killeonan] exe[cut]or dative qua creditor decerned and Confirmed to be the said defunct.   In so far as the said Matthew Ryburn paye one and ??? for the said defunct’s ??? and fortune.  Goods be summe of nyntie eight p[o]unds Scots money and this … the said Matthew Ryburn is only exe[cut]or dative qua creditor decerned and Confirmed for payment to be the said defunct by the Commissar ??? of the said Commissariot for payment to him of the said summe of nyntie eight p[o]unds  and also for pay[ment] of the dealings and to the dealing by him alone ??? ??? Confirmed not making the samen [together] affection as ane act made the ??? ???.
