FoodThis is our first effort at designing our own home page. We are not experts so please bear with us if the page is not yet technically brilliant, or even particularly interesting to you. We hope it will get better over time. Your suggestions for improvements are welcome.

Australia is known as a multi-cultural country. We have communities of people from over 130 different countries living in Australia. They are encouraged to maintain their ethnic culture in many ways, one of them being food. The most popular regional cuisines in Australia are Chinese, Italian, French, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Turkish, Lebanese, Spanish, Indian and Greek. Many other minor regional specialties are also available. Multi-cultural festivals, including substantial food festivals are a popular and colourful addition to Australian society.
We appreciate this part of Australian culture and are fans of all of the cuisines available. Our greatest love is the huge variety of flavours and textures available in curries and the buzz we get from food containing chillies. We like a variety of food mainly eating pasta with various sauces, Asian style stir-fry, and lots of fresh vegetables.
