Low light, fast motion, the bane of many a video project! Here the gap closes, it becomes subjective as to which is better. The subtle differences might not be visible unless you have a good monitor.

 

I prefer CCE because more detail is preserved especially in the hair  and shirt - at the risk of being labeled as ‘noise’.

 

I believe a certain amount of noise needs to be retained to render texture e.g. the shirt. As you move back from the screen the noise, is processed as detail by our sight - or so I proffer. I don’t know, maybe I find it hard to believe just how well Compressor handles motion, or perhaps no encoder can do too much given the constraints of a low bitrate.
