Sire: ANZ.CH Jentam Steal the Show           Dam: Jentam Bold as Brass
Troy was a very attractive shaded sable dog. Sired by Shannon, out of Jentam Bold as Brass. He had a nice head and expression, very glamorous and an alert little showman.
Although to my mind he didn't measure up as well as the later dogs he did his share of winning. After winning Puppy in Show at the Central Shetland Sheepdog Champ Show he went to the South Island with Barbara Hearn to be campaigned. She showed him to within two points of his title, and along the way with her he won a Puppy in Show (All Breeds); the challenge under John Hoare of Timar Kennels, Australia, and, Junior in Show at the South Island Shetland Sheepdog Champ Show.
Troy gained his title as a Puppy. Later he was to sire for Barbara Hearn her Champion Dinda Steal in the Fashion. Once his title was gained we let him go to Australia as I had Shadow to campaign and could repeat the mating later on.
I asked Barbara what she would say about Troy's nature. She said, " Enthusiatic, Exuberant and friendly to the point of being over the top. Great show dog. Baited fabulously and just sparkled.".
