AUST.CH Shelma Black Lace

Sire: NZ.CH Ronsa Here's Lookin at U           Dam: Edenmist Show Rose

Lace was purchased by us to regain ANZ CH. Lubrabend Wine and Roses line. She appealed to me when first I laid eyes on her. She was only shown for a while in N.Z before crossing the Tasman with us. But she still managed to win 2 challenges while young. It took her about three months to gain her Australian title, with a Junior In show being a highlight in her carrer. She was mated to Shadow which produced Ch. E. Black Carisma. She returned with us to N.Z and once more we had to head back to Australia. It was decided that Lace would stay behind and another mating be done to Shadow, the first being so nice.

This mating produced three champions. We then offered her back to the breeder as there was no point her coming back to Australia, one of her babies came back with us instead. Lace was the first homebred champion for Roy and Carol Lindsay and they were delighted. She was a joy to own and show. She had such a loving nature, and gave all in the ring. Her only drawback was the way she use to winge when she wanted tea, or a walk. We were very fortunate to get Lace, she certainly left her mark She is now a much loved pet, who is very happy.
