Interior dismantled beginning a total restoration. Was registered to Dec 1991 and used daily. Still on wheels but not
driveable on road. Engine not run for about 7 years. Vehicle garaged in Canberra. I was intending to carryout a full
restoration of the Mk II however my circumstances changed, I am away from Canberra for most of the time over the next
5 years, and I reluctantly have to abandon the project. For Disposal Daimler Vanden Plas Double Six 1973 The first Series 2 Daimler Vanden Plas Double Six, authenticity confirmed by Jaguar history certificate. The car has been stored in Canberra for several years but disposal of the car is now required as the garage space is in demand for family needs. The car is silver with black vinyl roof and is a complete and original DVP. The engine requires work (leaking valve at least), the front seats need reupholstering and there are some body dents. While originally put aside as a repair project to bring it back to a drivable state the car must now go. Some servicing part are included with the car.
