Register by 1 March 2006 to be in the running for the EARLY BIRD DRAW ...

All registrations post marked by 1 March 2006 will be eligible for the early bird draw - not just your registration fee but the Grand Total of your registration form will be refunded (yes, that's right, including all merchandise purchased ...)

 Don't forget to quote your ACA Membership number to ensure your member discount!

Cuer/Instructor Nomination Form [Word file, 24kb]

2. Please complete one Dancer Registration Form for each Dancer/Cuer/Instructor.

3. If you are a cuer and/or instructor, please also complete the Cuer/Instructor Nomination Form.

Registration payments may be made directly to the ACA 11th National Convention bank account at the Commonwealth Bank:

(Please note: this is a separate account from the ACA's main bank account, so do not use the account details that appear on a membership application form.)

To aid identification of these payments, please include date and/or deposit details on your Dancer Registration Form which you must then send to the Registration Officer (see above).

Cheques/Money Orders should be made payable to the ACA 11th National Convention.

Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if a receipt is required before the Convention.
