Capital Cloggers Go Country

After a year's break, Capital Cloggers resumed the 'Capital Cloggers Go Country' trip.

Around 40 of us gathered at the Bundanoon YHA for a clogging and social weekend. We were joined by some of our clogging friends from Sydney, Newcastle and the Blue Mountains.

Our weekend began on Friday night with a trek to the famous Glow Worm Glen and then supper and trivia back at the hostel before retiring to our cosy rooms .

The clogging venue was the excellent Soldiers' Memorial Hall right in the centre of Bundanoon. Our numbers were boosted by some day-tripping cloggers from Sydney and Canberra plus some curious local and tourist on-lookers.

On Saturday night, after we were clogged out , we retreated to the hostel for a yummy barbeque dinner followed by more games and partying.

After a hearty cooked breakfast on the hostel barbeque, we said goodbye to our interstate clogging friends plus Andy and the other staff at Bundanoon YHA and headed back home. A few of us took the opportunity to explore some more of the Moreton National Park on the way.
